WATER DOCS FILM FESTIVAL: Official Selection

The Koi and the Crane has been officially selected to be part of the Water Docs Film Festival, located in my birth country Canada (Toronto). Specifically part of their 'Water - Eat My Shorts!' Category. It will be a North American premiere.

Its also the first time I have been given an official selection laurel leaves graphic to use to promote.

It is set to screen on March 25 2016.

Repaint: The Place of Death

Lil' Monster Modelling

Returned to Maya to practice some modelling, based on a quick doodle sketch of a little monster creature. The translation from 2D to 3D isn't quite there yet...But more to come!

An animal study turned into another photoshop experiment - today I was practicing creating aged  retro styles using the halftone technique. I ended up trying to make a 1950's esque science book of some kind. I included the process condensed below
